Your P&L tells you what; Vyuha tells you why. A trade journal and analytics cockpit that computes your charges to the rupee, models MTF interest properly and understands SEBI's post-2024 F&O regime — desktop or web, the trader chooses: the desktop app today, a web platform in development.
A complete daily operating loop, with recovery and account separation built in.
A Data Quality score catches missing basis, marks, stops, MTF, option and IPO details before they distort a report.
Set the watchlist, playbook, cutoff, max trades and loss budget; then review adherence against what actually happened.
Separate broker or entity books, then switch to an aggregate read view without blending the underlying records.
A review queue of the closed trades you have not read back yet — windowed, and stating "showing N of M". A Sunday ritual closes the week with what it netted, the widest expectancy gaps by mistake tag, and a note.
Five equal-weight components — planned, risk-cap, daily-stop, rules-followed, reviewed — each printed as "n of m · pct" with its coverage. A week under 10 closed trades does not score, and is excluded from averages rather than counted as zero.
See whether adds helped or hurt and replay staged fills over your local EOD price history.
Capture entry/exit IV, DTE, hedge status, expiry outcome and adjustment families—not just a free-form note.
Back up every table and screenshot, optionally password-encrypted, with a preview before restore.
Synthetic demo data, captured from the running app — not mock-ups. Click any screenshot to enlarge.

Vyuha is a complete trading back-office — from trading to journaling. Eight things nothing else on the Indian market does properly.
STT, exchange txn, SEBI, stamp, IPFT, GST, DP, pledge — computed per broker × segment × exchange from an editable rate table and reconciled against real broker files. Money is stored as integer paise, so there is no float drift, ever.
Interest accrues on the broker-funded portion only, with the correct T+1 day count. Tools that assume the full position value quietly overstate your cost. See real ROI on your own capital — and a warning when interest has eaten your entire paper gain.
Scale in with a stop on each entry, scale out in parts, see per-leg R. Every other journal models a trade as one entry and one exit — which is not how anyone actually trades.
A compliance radar reads your open book against the post-2024 F&O rules — the +2% expiry-day ELM on short options, the loss of calendar-spread benefit on expiry, which indices still have weeklies, and how close you sit to the ₹1,500 cr index limit now snapshotted intraday.
The Trade Craft cockpit plots your win-rate against your payoff ratio on the breakeven curve — so you see whether you win big and lose small, or the reverse. Stop-loss exits are classified against the stop you recorded. Every claim carries its sample size, and reports say "descriptive, not prescriptive."
Vyuha Intelligence is a deterministic insight engine, not a chatbot: every insight is computed from your own record, refuses to exist below its sample floor, and carries its coverage with the claim ("SL recorded on 12 of 40 losers"). It never invents a rupee and never tells you what to buy — by design.
Your broker's tax report and current ICAI guidance compute F&O turnover differently — on a real book they disagreed by 6.5–8.7×, enough to straddle the audit threshold. Vyuha shows both figures, labelled, with an audit read on each: the exact table to put in front of your CA.
No telemetry. No analytics SDKs. On the desktop app your journal is one SQLite file on your disk — copy it and you have backed up your entire trading life.
Professionals build a position in pieces. Vyuha models it properly instead of flattening it into one average.
The recurring annual headache nothing on the retail market handles well.
Eight built-in skins plus a Custom theme builder, a tint-intensity slider, four panel styles (Flat, Soft, Luxe, Glow) and your own wallpaper — with a live preview. Every setting is stored with your journal.

There are plenty of trade journals now, and AI has made it easy for anyone to build another. Vyuha is different in what it does — and in where it runs.
As the user base grows, the app grows with it. What you ask for shapes the roadmap and the architecture, not a backlog nobody reads.
If a request is feasible, it gets built. And where a group of traders — or a single trader — needs something specific, a tuned build is on the table.
You don't get that from software with a support queue.
The core journal stays free forever — recording trades, every importer, backups. Pro unlocks the analytics layer. The key is verified on your own machine with no server call.
Summarised from the seven-product comparison below (five global journals, two Indian). Every cell is derived from that table.

† Two global rows are priced from third-party 2026 reviews (official page unreachable) — see the full table. "Not stated" means exactly that: the claim was not found on their pages, not that the product lacks it.

Public pricing read on 2026-08-15; approximate conversions at ~₹88/USD. † from third-party 2026 reviews — official pricing page unreachable. "Not stated" means the claim was not found on their pages, not that the product lacks it. Three years of the global journals above runs ≈ ₹47,000–95,000 at these prices; Vyuha Lifetime is ₹29,999 once, and the one product here you can stop paying for and keep.
Prices in ₹ (INR). Windows desktop. Try everything free for 7 days before you pay anything.
Delivered personally by email — no app store, no account to create.
Tell us which licence you want. You get payment details and any questions answered by a human.
You get a private download link for the full Windows installer — it is around 35 MB, too large to email. Node.js is bundled, so there is nothing else to install.
Every fresh install of Vyuha Desktop begins a 7-day full-Pro trial automatically. No signup, no card, no server call.
Paste the key into Settings → License. It is verified on your own machine — no internet required.
Not unless you switch on a feature that sends it — and each one says so before you can. There is no telemetry, and on the desktop app everything lives in a single SQLite file on your own PC. The only request Vyuha makes on its own is download-only: at launch it asks GitHub whether a newer signed release exists and fetches the licence-revocation list — it sends no account, no identifier and no data, and this one cannot be switched off. Everything else is off by default and yours to enable: an end-of-day bhavcopy download for mark-to-market prices; broker pulls that talk only to your own broker's API; a live price feed from a bridge you run yourself or from your own broker's API, carrying the symbols of your open positions and nothing else about them; and Telegram — a daily digest of your own recorded numbers and, on Pro, stop/target alerts that carry a symbol, a price and your level but never a quantity or a rupee figure. Telegram is the only path that sends anything from your journal to a company other than your own broker, and it is enabled only behind a disclosure that says plainly the content goes to Telegram's servers.
No — and Windows will say so. Vyuha is built by one independent developer and the installer carries no code-signing certificate, so SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC" the first time you run it: click More info → Run anyway. That is a reputation warning, not a virus warning, and your antivirus may flag a new unsigned binary for the same reason. There is no macOS build on sale — Windows 10/11 64-bit only. What is signed is the update: releases are signed with Vyuha’s own updater key, and nothing installs on its own — the app shows Update now / Later and waits for you.
Your record is free. The intelligence about it is paid. Free forever: recording closed trades, all eight broker importers, the dashboard and P&L calendar, staged positions, playbooks, chart screenshots, the trade calculator, backups and full CSV/JSON export. Payment unlocks the analytics layer (free for your first 7 days, then Pro or lifetime) — the portfolio risk cockpit, Arjun's Eye and the edge/discipline reports, the Trade Review Desk (the review queue, the Sunday ritual and the Process Score), the options-seller journal, the tax suite (Tax Summary, ITR pack, advance tax, harvesting, AIS reconcile), broker-cost and cross-broker MTF comparison, PDF reports, and live open-position tracking with stops and targets.
The part that matters: every trade you have already recorded stays readable, editable and exportable without a key, forever. If you never buy, you still own your journal — not a read-only screenshot of it.
Eight brokers are auto-detected: Zerodha (tradebook and Console P&L), Dhan, Groww, Angel One, Upstox, Paytm Money, Fyers (tradebook — the filename must say “fyers”) and Nuvama (the P&L report, with the charges Nuvama billed) — tradebook or aggregated P&L exports. Fyers and Nuvama equity rows are not yet verified against a real export and import with a warning. Any other broker's CSV goes through the column mapper, where you say which column is which. And Zerodha, Dhan, Angel One and Upstox can also be pulled directly over their APIs (Import → Connect broker) — one click after market close. Brokers with no API of their own — Groww, Paytm Money, Kotak — can pull same-day through OpenAlgo, an open-source bridge you run on your own computer: off by default, and your broker credentials go into your own OpenAlgo instance, never into Vyuha. Everything is de-duplicated, and charges are recomputed from your own rate card so you can see exactly where your broker's number differs.
Yes. Copy your database file across and re-paste your key. If your key was locked to a specific machine at your request, message us with the new Machine ID shown in Settings → License and we will re-issue it.
Yes, and it is written down — the full policy ships inside your download. The short version: you get 7 days of the complete Pro feature set before paying anything, so the trial is where you decide. After purchase, if Vyuha will not install, will not activate, or is broken in a way we cannot fix within 7 days, you get a full refund — as you do if you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount. Beyond that, purchases are final, because the trial already gave you the whole product for nothing. If we refund you, your journal still works: every trade you recorded stays readable, editable and exportable.
7 days of everything, free. No card, no signup, no data leaving your machine.
